Board Member

Ms. Boyd is a founding member of Boyd & Early Family Law, LLC, specializing in domestic relations. She is admitted to the bars in Pennsylvania and Maryland and is actively involved in multiple bar associations, including the Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, and American Bar Associations. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and currently chairs the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section and the Montgomery County Family Judiciary Advisory Board.

A recognized leader in family law, Ms. Boyd has served in various leadership roles within the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA), including past chair of the Family Law Section and positions on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and multiple committees. She has received numerous honors, including the 2015 MBA President’s Award and the 2017 MBA Committee of the Year Award. She is also a dedicated volunteer for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project.

Ms. Boyd has been consistently recognized for excellence, named a "Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine since 2015 and a "Top 100 Lawyer" in Pennsylvania since 2019. She has also been listed among the Best Lawyers in America and was Philadelphia’s Lawyer of the Year for Family Law in 2020. She holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.

Ms. Boyd clerked for the Honorable Stuart R. Berger in Baltimore and previously directed a legal services program for children at Advocates for Children and Youth. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Washington College and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
